Tim Bussey is a longtime prominent Colorado Springs litigation attorney known nationwide as a top litigator in the country. Mr. Bussey specializes in serious auto accident cases, criminal defense, and DUI defense. He has over 31 years of experience litigating cases throughout Colorado including courts-martial and federal cases. Mr. Bussey argued a murder case applying Colorado's "Make My Day Law" before the Colorado Supreme Court and prevailed in changing Colorado Law.
